Frequently Asked Questions
-
We are located in Johnstown, NY - just an hour from Cooperstown, Albany, and Saratoga Springs for local brides that would like to drop off.
If you’re not local, you can ship your bouquet to us from anywhere across the US! We recommend shipping overnight with UPS to ensure your bouquet arrives within the 4 day window of your event.
After you book with us, we will provide more details with drop off or packaging and shipping instructions, whichever you choose.
-
The timeframe in which we receive your flowers is perhaps the most important part of the entire preservation process! Flowers press best when fresh, so we require you to have your bouquet delivered to us within 4 days of your event. Ex. If the wedding is on a Saturday, the bouquet needs to arrive by Tuesday.
-
There are lots of flowers that press well! Unfortunately though, not all flowers are ideal for pressed preservation, especially those with dense petals, thick centers, or high water content —they often don’t flatten well.
If you have questions on how your flowers will do, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help and answer any questions!

Color changes are a natural part of the preservation process — flowers are organic and color will shift over time. For example, whites will take on a creamy hue, and reds often deepen. While we can’t guarantee color retention for years to come, we use 99% UV-blocking glass in every frame to help protect your piece and keep it looking beautiful.
-
Our turnaround time is approximately 5 months from the time we receive your flowers to completing your final frame.
-
We mostly work with wedding bouquets, but we can preserve flowers from all kinds of meaningful moments — from anniversaries and graduations to birthdays, funerals, and other milestones!
-
Ideally, the best time to book your floral preservation is the same time you’re booking your wedding florist, however we do accept bookings up to a couple days after your event (as long as your bouquet is delivered to us within the 4 day window). We can only take a limited amount of bouquets per weekend, so we recommend booking early to secure your date.
You will be able to see if your date is available on the form that will pop up after you add your frame to your cart. If your date is listed as fully booked, unfortunately we won’t be able to take your bouquet.
If you have questions about booking before you place your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
-
Keep your flowers as fresh as possible! Put them in a vase with fresh water until you’re ready to ship or deliver, and avoid placing them in direct sunlight or hot environments. We will send you detailed shipping or drop off instructions once you book.

Yes, small flat items like handwritten notes, wedding invitation, ribbons, or lace can often be included. Please discuss any extras with us ahead of time.

Unfortunately, we do not work with bouquets that have already been dried, we only work with fresh flowers!

If some flowers are not usable upon arrival, we will do our best to work with what remains. We’ll communicate with you before proceeding if significant damage occurs. More information on how we handle flowers that are not useable can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.
