Terms and Conditions
1. Expectation of Flower Delivery
Flowers must be received within four (4) days of the event date to ensure optimal pressing results. Ex. If the wedding is on a Saturday, the bouquet needs to arrive by Tuesday.
If flowers arrive after this window, the The Stone Press may recreate the bouquet with fresh flowers at the client’s expense. Substituted flowers may differ from the original bouquet based on availability.
Upon receipt, The Stone Press will provide a photo and condition report of the bouquet.
If the bouquet, even if timely delivered, is deemed unsuitable for pressing, the client will be informed and substitute florals can be arranged at the client’s expense.
2. Quality Assurance
The Stone Press guarantees that all pressed floral arrangements will be crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.
The Stone Press will use the best available pressed flowers from the bouquet.
3. Color of Flowers
Due to the organic nature of flowers, color retention is not guaranteed.
Natural color changes are expected: white flowers will turn creamy yellow, reds may darken, and other colors may shift over time during the drying/pressing process and after framing.
4. Extras
Any extra florals will not be returned.
Items such as silk ribbons or personal mementos included in the bouquet will not be returned. Clients wishing to keep these items must remove them before sending the bouquet.
5. Liability
The Stone Press is not responsible for flowers lost or damaged during shipping.
The Stone Press is not responsible for any damages or losses after the pressed floral frame has been delivered or picked up.
6. Ownership Rights
The Stone Press retains the right to use images of floral arrangements and pressed frames for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and marketing materials.
8. Return Policy
As each frame is a custom-made piece, returns are not accepted.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after this period will result in forfeiture of full payment.
10. Turnaround time
The estimated turnaround time to complete the client’s frame is approximately five (5) months from receipt of flowers.
